Reh Kendermann is one of Germany's biggest wineries headquartered in Bingen. Our winery with about 200 employees worldwide and 70 million euros turnover remains in family ownership. Reh Kendermann is the owner of several successful wine brands such as The Bend in the River and Black Tower.

White wines are usually fermented without the skins to achieve a lighter, paler colour. Some winemakers use a proportion of the skins in contact with the wine to influence the flavour and add complexity. Further complexity can be achieved by fermenting or aging the wine in oak, which can add buttery, creamy, spicy notes
